How we ship

All wholesale and retail orders for customers in the US are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio.

 

How much are the delivery charges? Retail Customers

Standard delivery (2-10 working days)

$60 + orders - free delivery

Under $60 - $12.00 charge

Retail orders may be subject to state tax which will display at checkout.

 

How much are the delivery charges? Wholesale Customers

Orders $1000 + - free shipping

Orders $500.00-$999.99 - $40 charge

Orders $300.00-$499.99 - $50 charge

Wholesale orders will have no additional costs to pay on delivery. Wholesale customers – we will require sight of your reseller permit before dispatch. Please email this to info@powder-uk.com.

 

When will my order be sent? Retail customers.

We will usually dispatch your order the same day if received by 11am, Monday to Friday.

 

When will my order be sent? Wholesale customers.

Lead times can vary throughout the season due to demand and the arrival of stock.  You will receive an email order confirmation after placing your order advising you of when to expect delivery.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Retail orders are often picked, packed and dispatched within 1 hour of the order being placed, excluding evenings and weekends, so it is not always possible to cancel an order. In the first instance, please email us at info@powder-uk.com  or call us on (+44) 0131 331 2908 and we will advise if cancellation is possible. If the order has already been processed then the customer must return the goods, or refuse delivery. Please see 'RETURNS' section of our website on how to return your order. If we can cancel your order, or if they are returned, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method.
